Media Licensing & Usage Rights

All photography, video, floor plans, drone imagery, and other media produced by OutsideIn are licensed to the ordering client solely for marketing the specific property associated with the original order.

Licensing is:

  • non-exclusive
  • non-transferable
  • limited to the original listing and related marketing purposes

Unless otherwise authorized in writing, media may not be:

  • transferred or sublicensed to third parties
  • reused for future listings or properties
  • altered using AI tools or generative technologies
  • virtually staged or digitally modified
  • repurposed for commercial advertising beyond the original property marketing

Additional licensing fees or a new media order may be required for extended usage, re-listing, builder marketing, portfolio use, or commercial campaigns.

Full licensing terms are presented and agreed to during the ordering and booking process.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Program Description

OutsideIn sends SMS messages to customers who have contacted us through our website, booking forms, scheduling systems, social media channels, or direct communication methods and have explicitly opted in to receive text messages.

Messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Scheduling updates
  • Project coordination
  • Media delivery notifications
  • Customer support communications
  • Service-related follow-ups

SMS consent is collected through website forms and communication channels containing dedicated consent language and opt-in checkboxes.
