We are based in Western North Carolina and serve Asheville and surrounding counties. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service radius.
Scheduling & Turnaround
Scheduling is easy through our online booking system. You can select services, choose a date/time, and manage payment in one place.
Standard turnaround is:
Photos: Next business day (by 5pm)
Video: 2–3 business days
Virtual tours & floor plans: 1–2 business days
Rush delivery may be available upon request.
We monitor weather closely. If conditions will negatively impact the shoot, we’ll reach out to reschedule. In many cases, we can still shoot and apply professional sky replacements.
Preparing for the Shoot
We recommend:
Lights on, curtains/blinds adjusted
Personal items minimized
Beds made, counters cleared
Vehicles moved from driveways
Pets secured
We’ll provide a full prep checklist after booking.
Yes. While we don’t physically stage homes, we provide:
Light staging adjustments during the shoot
Virtual staging for vacant or decluttered spaces
Photography & Video Style
We use professional lighting techniques and hand-blended editing (not basic HDR) to achieve:
Natural color
Clean window views
Consistent brightness
High-end, magazine-quality results
Absolutely. You can leave notes during booking or communicate preferences before the shoot.
Drone Services
Yes. All drone operations are conducted by FAA Part 107–certified pilots and comply with local airspace regulations.
If drone flight isn’t permitted, we’ll notify you in advance and discuss alternatives. No drone fees are charged if flight isn’t possible.
Pricing & Payments
Pricing is based on:
Property size
Services selected
Location/travel
Add-ons (drone, video, floor plans, etc.)
Package discounts are available.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
